There's nothing like a little hydrotherapy to get ready for the trip to dreamland....or to occupy the kids while a parent needs a moment of respite.

...And none too soon. These last few days have been bleary and dreary and we're waiting for the sun to shine and for kite flying weather.
We received a big parcel containing kites and flyers of all sorts, ranging from gliders to Box Kites. This season's rave fave is a Green Frog Easy Flyer.....
Hoping for big blue skies, a zippy wind and a gorgeous New York Spring.
